Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: UAE/KSA

Employment Type: Full-Time/Work from home

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the sales team, managing client inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
Assist in recruitment for sales team
Prepare and manage sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and demonstrations with clients.

Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
Maintain positive relationships with existing clients and address their needs promptly.
Provide detailed information about our services and offerings to potential clients.

Sales Coordination:
Track and manage sales activities using CRM software.
Monitor sales metrics and generate reports for the sales team and management.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain an organized pipeline.

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from our database or other sources.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback and constructive criticism.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Persistent, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.

Event Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and trade shows.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event logistics.
Manage event registration and attendee communication.

Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our services, including society/association management systems, abstract submission, review and scoring systems, event registration solutions, web design and web hosting, and membership management solutions.
Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with society/association management systems, event management, or web services.
Experience in market research and lead generation.

Valid Iqama:10 months
Preferred: Own car with driving license
